Hey Guys!

This is a little bit of a different post for me! If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen on my stories that I have been talking about some “changes” that I want to make to my blog and to me feed in general! I took a bunch of POLLS over the last few months, taken into account the kinds of questions you all ask me, and considered what kind of content best satisfies all your interests! With all that said and done I have been hard at work putting together a TON of great ideas and content for you guys attacking all those questions. I will be introducing a bunch more posts dedicated to simplicity that still says STYLE and TREND! I hope you enjoy!

OK. So Life has been increasingly busier and busier and my hair has quickly become a lot less important…Ugh! I got tired of the messy bun REAL quick, and had to start being creative with different ways to style my hair that only takes a few minutes to whip together! I needed looks that are simple and still clean and pretty so I can look presentable when I am out and about!

These have been 4 of my top favorite go-to hairstyles for a Stay At Home Momma like myself. I wanted to share with you incase any of you were finding yourself in the same predicament as me!

( I also have a few favorite fast hairstyles for working out, if you want me to share those as well let me know in the comments below!)

This is a simple twist on a basic low pony tail. I pull the hair around the rubber band to give extra poof and volume. I also love how it falls and frames my face in the front. Then I simple wrap some of the hair around the rubber band and pin it in place.

My take on a “clean” messy bun. The key here is to get a really tight and smooth pony tail first. Then simple pull the hair through to a bump as shown in #2, split hair in half, and wrap each side around the rubber band and pin in place!

This hairstyle is similar to the “clean” messy bun, but it is just the top part of the hair. I call this a “clean” Polly Anna”!

Finally, this low bun is SUPER easy, SUPER fast, and I love how it gives a soft clean, I-Had-A-Moment-This-Morning type of look! Sometimes I will add a scarf and tie it either around my head or around the bun for something extra!

Wow, Lydia! These are some great tips, if I ever decide to have babies. Fortunately for me, I just have two cute little Yorkies :). And so my hair’s not in the strike-zone for getting pulled….:)

Really was an interesting post, though. Thanks for sharing!
