Hi Hi!!
I am so excited to write this post! First of all, is Christmas time not the best time of the year? Ughh I can’t believe I caved and got a fake tree this year, but it just didn’t make sense for us to have a real tree. Not this year anyway. Baby girl is due December, 29th, and having to deal with taking out a dead Christmas tree after New Years was just not an ideal option for us. We wanted to have a beautiful Christmas, but we wanted it to be as stress free as possible. The less work the better!
We actually went with two fake trees, one for our formal living room. And one for the living room we use regularly. As much as I am a die hard about having a live tree for the holidays, I am actually kind of in love with our fake trees! I can not believe I am saying that! This one shown above is a 10 foot flocked tree, and gosh it is just gorgeous. I guess I never realized a fake tree could look so real!
ANYHOO!
After decorating this tree from tip to bottom, I put on my comfiest and most favorite PJs of the season and cozied up with some hot cocoa! These PJs are from Victoria’s Secret. Every year I end up getting a pair or two of PJs from Victoria’s Secret. I love their thermals so much, and they are just so cute for the holidays! This particular pair comes in 11 other variations! I got these and a red pair I plan to wear Christmas Morning! Warm, Cozy, and festive = The perfect holiday PJs! P.S. These make super cute gifts for girlfriends and family members. The come bundled up in a bow. How cute would it be to have all the girls in the family in cute thermals for opening gifts Christmas morning?

You know it’s funny- I loooooovee the smell of real trees but I never liked them because of the cleanup and I would never remember to water them 🙊 plus I had pets growing up and they would try to eat the tree..the list goes on! What I love about the fake ones is that you don’t need to pay for a new one every year and they’re so easy and convenient. I love the way you decorated yours, and congrats on baby girl!!
