Happy First Day of Summer!

It is official, from here on out the days begin to get shorter again. Summer to me, means late night bonfires and s’mores, long hot days by the pool, cool fruit smoothies, and vacation! It also means wearing cute but comfy dresses! And lots of them!

I actually shared this dress with you all before, and I wanted to show another way to wear it a bit more casually. I absolutely love this dress because it is thin and light weight for hot days. It is black and flattering for a growing baby belly. And it is super universal and can be easily transformed from a going out on date night dress, to an easy day at the park, and playing around dress!

I definitely wear this dress on repeat, and have washed it so many times I can’t even count. I paired it here with a denim jacket around the waist for added shape, and these espadrille platform sneakers! These sneakers are a favorite find of the summer for sure! They are super cute and different, and so comfy! I love that they have the espadrille detail so it is trendy, is platform so it gives height, and yet they are sneakers so they are causal and comfortable for everyday wear! I was so excited when I found these I told all my girl friends and they all got them as well! They come in a white and a light blue color too.
