Another day, another DIY! Each season I like to DIY my own doormat. It is something I have been doing for over a year now and I can’t stop! It is so much easier than you would think, and so satisfying to see the end result! I knew I wanted my Christmas doormat this year to read “Sleigh Bells Ring” based off the font graphic designed by my dear friend @oliveandeveco. Isn’t it so beautiful!
There are many ways to make your own DIY doormat, but the way I do it has worked well for me. I always start by purchasing a blank doormat, below I will link some of my favorites!
I use my cricut to cut out a stencil from card stock paper, but you can purchase your own online or even just trace and cut out your own! Then all you need to do is lay is on your mat and paint away! Below is a link to a video showing how I did mine!
