Raving Ergobaby Carrier Review

Raving Ergobaby Carrier Review

Happy Sunday Loves!

I am ON THE COUCH today. Phew it has been a week of go-go-go! I am really loving that we have nothing going on today, and I can just relax with my hubby and baby girl! We have been watching all of the Oscar winning movies recently, and today we are thinking of checking out Lady Bird. Anyone else see that yet? How is it?

Anyhoo, last weekend when my sister and her family were in town visiting, we all took a day trip out to Death Valley. I had such a great time, and I was so excited because it was the perfect excuse to get out this baby carrier and give it a whirl. Honestly I was excited to just get out for our first family outing with Aria, period. It was getting a little stir crazy around here, so the chance to get out and explore was so welcome! If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen the whole experience documented maybe a little too literally but, hey I was excited!

Arthur and I got the ErgoBaby carrier when Aria was about a month old. I quickly realized if I wanted to be able to use my hands that I would definitely be needing one of these! We loved all the features it offers including the 360 degree carrying abilities. Forward-facing out, forward-facing in, side hip, and back. It is designed ergonomically (hence the name Ergobaby) for baby to be situated comfortably. Aria seems to really love it! I like the huge padded back strap for support and I actually think it looks super cute on too!

Aria is just 3 months old, so even for newborns, this carrier works great. I LOVE that. There is an adjustable head piece that can be folded up or down to support her head as she grows or to provide shield from the sun, or privacy when breast feeding. I also found myself using the pockets a ton too, they are so convenient!! So I use the carrier all the time now, and as seen on my Insta stories I use it every morning when I go on the elliptical! Aria rides along with me and takes a little nap! I honestly give the Ergobaby 5 stars, and have no qualms with it as of yet. Highly recommend for those in the market for a baby carrier!

Also real quick, I wanted to point out the little sox Aria is wearing. Because she is so small, putting shoes on her feet and spending money on them is just silly right now. It would be a total waste aside from being cute. SO these little socks have been ALL she wears. They are called Smartwool socks. I love them because not only do they STAY ON, (lol), but they are designed to keep her little feet warm when it is cold out, and cool when it is hot out. I literally never have to worry about her feet being uncomfortable, and I love that! Linked below as well!

I used the Lillie baby carrier for my daughter, looks similar to this but you are right I love how you can do other things while wearing them. I never really used the pockets on hers lolol. And about shoes? So true I never got her any except the ones we were gifted. They kept falling off so yes except their cuteness they are a waste.
