Jumpsuits have been a popular trend over the last few seasons, and this spring is no different. To be completely honest I was not sure I liked the idea of a jumpsuit or how flattering it is on most body types including my own. After noticing jumpsuit styles appearing in stores and online everywhere, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised.
Some of the reasons I like jumpsuits are that first of all they are very comfortable yet don’t look like your running around in your pjs. A good jumpsuit can actually make you look put together and even chic or business professional! I love that! Another reason I love jumpsuit is that they are just plain easy. You do not have to spend time selecting an entire outfit because a jumpsuit is a whole outfit all by itself. It makes getting ready in the morning fast and stress free. As a busy mom that loves to look put together but usually only has 10 minutes to do so, this is a very big deal! Jumpsuits are actually available in tons of different styles, fabrics, and shapes and can be flattering on any body type, finding the right style for you is important, and once you do you can be assured a new favorite closet staple.
I have been shopping for jumpsuits for the spring and summer seasons for a few months now and I can confidently say I have a pretty great selection of different styles. Today I am sharing my favorite jumpsuits AND rompers (shorts version of a jumpsuit), how to style them, and where you can get your own!
Target has the clothes! Jumpsuit and rompers are now all over the racks at Target stores and the best part is that they are all very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by how many jumpsuit and romper styles I liked at Target and when they are all around $30 or just under, it is easy to buy a few and never look back! In the early spring months when it can still be chilly you can style your jumpsuit many ways by throwing on a button up or jacket over the top, wearing a long sleeve tee underneath, and even pairing it with a cropped sweater and booties!
Another great place to shop jumpsuits is Amazon Fashion. I shop on Amazon Fashion now more then ever and there is no slowing down in sight! They have so many different styles, colors, and fits of jumpsuits and it is hard not to love them all! I love this jumpsuit SO much, it is seriously the most comfortable outfit I own right now! I love it simple with these embellished flat sandals, but you could easily dress up this jumpsuit with heels and a motto jacket!
Finally and probably my favorite is American Eagle! The style of jumpsuits that they have this season are a mix of casual chic, relaxed hippe, and business woman. I absolutely LOVE every single jumpsuit and romper they have this year, and that is not even a little bit of a fib. The quality is amazing, they fit amazing, and are very flattering, and the styles are unmatchable! Again all of these are easy to dress up or down, and I love that many of their jumpsuit are really cute with tennis shoes!
