Haha, Ella’s face! My girls are running down the road of growing up and there are days I stand back, look at them, and feel a large rock form in my throat. I wonder how my mom feels? Maybe I should just have 4 more kids..maybe it would seem so bad then…right? The truth is that they will never stop growing and the best thing I can do is love them for it and give into all their snacking requests.

Aria was a picky eater for a long time, and it would be a fight to get her to finish her plate. I will have to chalk up some of her progress at being a fantastic eater now, to her little friends. Eating with friends is far more fun, and therefore food is far more fun too. Anyway, she is not only a great eater now, but she also love to snack ALL DAY LONG. My grocery cart is largely toddler snacks. Easy to grab, yummy, and as nutritious as possible!

Once Again

I wanted to share a recent snack food we are in love with and some of the ways I make yummy bites for Aria. I have been trying to get her to try other foods and my latest win are bananas! I have been using Once Again® Nut Butter spread on bread with sliced banana and she loves it! She also loves it spread over rice cakes and sprinkled with berries. I have lately been putting it on her morning pancakes along with syrup and by far is a new favorite!

Once Again® comes in a huge selection of delicious, healthy, and organic products. We carry a variety of natural nut butter from organic almond butter, cashew butter, to bulk natural peanut butter, & more. It was originally made in barrel roller by the owners who founded Once Again Nut Butters in 1976. Another cool fact? They put a baby raccoon on the label because of some real raccoon kits they took care of and it is a really cute story.

Once Again

Four baby raccoons, referred to as kits, grew up on the factory grounds. They were apparently orphans and really enjoyed our nut butters. The Once Again Family adopted them, and one of them was lovingly named Rocky. Our kits were very friendly and adored our office. So…in turn, we adopted them and created our company logo in their honor. The Once Again Family helped the raccoons in their early months then released them into the forest. To this day, our byproducts are donated to area farms or to nature lovers who often use our products as animal and bird foods. Our raccoon has become a symbol of our wholesome nature, our closeness and responsibility to the earth and the nature of our product.

Isn’t that so cool? We have been using Once Again for weeks now and our favorite part about it is how universal it is. We are already running out of flavors because it is wonderful over Arthur and my nighttime bowls of ice cream! You can learn more about Once Again HERE.
