I am currently sitting in my office writing this post and dreaming of fall leaves and crisp autumn air. Things I truly miss about living in Minnesota! Nevada has tons of perks, do not get me wrong, but the un-changing seasons is definitely not one of them! We plan to take a trip in a few weeks to visit Lake Tahoe an see all the colorful fall leaves and experience some of autumn this year. You could say it is like our baby moon, but also I am excited for Aria to see it! I have never been to Lake Tahoe so if any of you have and you have suggestions on where to stay and what to do, let me know!
Today I am sharing a favorite fall outfit with colors that are usually taboo together, but are actually one of my favorite combinations for fall. Black and brown! I found this sweater while shopping last weekend and knew I would be wearing it a ton this year. It is the perfect light weight material too so it is ideal for warmer climate autumn weather! It is under $20 and comes in 5 other colors too!
Also I wanted to share these jeans because it was so emotional finding them!

Any women out there who may be struggling with this very thing, I understand your pain! Even maternity jeans do not all fit right, and it has been a bit of a discouraging pregnancy for me this far. Getting dressed in the morning has been hard, and I like fashion! I do not always want to wear leggings! I happened to try these jeans on the other day and actually cried a little in the dressing room because I could not believe how well they fit! Above and beyond anything else they stay put and didn’t fall down or get loose when I bent over or sat down.
This is a big deal! I am so happy to share this find with any woman needing a good pair of maternity jeans! Bonus – these jeans are very comparable to other maternity jeans as far as price goes and actually fall just under $50! They come in several washes and also black! I am absolutely going back for more pairs!
OK. Finally this hat is favorite new fall accessory of mine. Felt and wool hats are big this year, and a trend that I think will be hanging around for a while. Most hats I am finding lately are $50 and up, so it can be expensive to have two or three in different colors. This one is under $30 and super good quality! They also have a super cute brown one for under $25 that I am ordering today!
