I have decided recently, to take on a big project and I am so excited about my plans for this space taking you all along throughout the process. I have had many of you ask me to share more home decor in the past, so here you have it!
In our home the main floor has a family room as well as a formal sitting area. We never really use the formal sitting area except for during Christmas time because it is where we put up our large tree. The rest of the year it is just this bare space that never gets used. Our family room however continues to get filled up with more and more toys and I finally came to the conclusion that it makes sense to turn our formal sitting area into a play area for the girls.
I have been considering this for some time and spent hours on Pinterest browsing ideas for a playroom/living room set up for kids. I have placed my order, and over the next couple of week I will be spending all of my free time getting this space completely transformed! I am so looking forward to getting the toys out of the family room and having a space dedicated to playtime that is just for the girls! Stay tuned for a full reveal post coming in a couple weeks!
