You may not know it, but I am originally from Minnesota. I grew up in a small town about an hour north of Minneapolis. Arthur and I moved to the west coast 6 years ago now, and it is crazy to me to think of the weather differences this time of year. Growing up, enduring the Minnesota winters was just something I was used to! Now after just a few short years, the low 50’s out here make me freeze! All of this to say, my family is getting clobbered this week with a HUGE winter storm, and here I am taking pictures of my favorite spring outfits! Oops!
Anyhoo. This is by far one of my most favorite looks for spring. I LOVE, love, love this top. Express sells it in a really pretty blush color too. It is a hi-lo cut, with mixed knit detail, and the ideal weight for an early spring day. Lavender is such a trend right now, and I am finding it everywhere! These heels match this top perfectly but they also come in black which makes for a perfect dressy heel for spring and summer.
White denim is another of my favorite this time of year.
These jeans are THE BEST and so flattering. I am a short 5’4″ so I often hem or cuff my pants to fit. I love that these look good cuffed! You can wear them with sneakers on a more casual day, and they wear well. That is most important to me when I buy white jeans I want them to stay white and hold their shape!
I hope you all have a great week! My older sister and her family get into town on Thursday and I am so excited to see them! It will be fun for Aria meet all her cousins and to watch them all play together! We plan to do a lot of fun sight-seeing and such. I can’t wait to have our first family outing together with Aria! I will be sharing a bunch on my insta stories HERE!

Those jeans really do look great on you. I can actually sort of tell that you are from Minnesota originally cause I don’t think I would be able to step out in this outfit in 50 degrees weather. I would be bundled up in my jacket. But here you are rocking this spring outfit!!!!! And those sandals have my name written all over them haha!
